Users can build plans in a number of ways--either by directly entering inputs into our plan builder wizard, or by uploading existing plan documents directly to Buildable Engine. Advanced users can also directly configure plans in our user-friendly constraints engine.

Our engine currently handles single unit, single floor residential plans but any size. We're currently working on additional use cases to create large plans with more architectural complexity.

We handle both renovations and new builds. For renovations, we recommend starting from your existing plans and uploading them directly into our system to ensure accurate results.

Absolutely. You can make small refinements to plans  using intuitive editing tools directly in Buildable Engine and make sure that every change is instantly validated for compliance. We ensure your design intent is preserved and your plans remain build-ready throughout the process.

Absolutely. Our plans can be downloaded in a variety of formats, such as DXF, SVG, OBJ, and PDF. Once downloaded you can upload them again to any compatible tool to continue your workflow and come back to Buildable Engine at any point to check compliance again.
